1. Fully electric large cable computerized stripping machine. Equipped with 14-wheel simultaneous drive, where both the wire feeding wheel and blade holder are driven by high-precision servo motors, ensuring high power output and precision. The belt feeding system guarantees no surface damage to the wire materials. The 7-inch color touchscreen interface features intuitive operation, supports 100 program memory sets, and accommodates three-layer shielded cable stripping procedures.
2. The clamping force between the feed roller and the discharge roller can be directly programmed without manual adjustment of roller pressure. The discharge roller also features an automatic lifting function, which automatically raises the discharge roller upward during wire stripping to avoid contact, thereby significantly expanding the wire stripping length range. The lifting height of the discharge roller can also be directly programmed.
3. A wire separation fixture, cutting fixture, and coding machine can be installed.
