Product Introduction
This machine adopts an 8-wheel drive system with dual-sided pressing wheels, delivering robust power and high precision. The belt feeding system ensures no surface damage to the wire material. It is widely applied in the processing of military-grade products, medical equipment, communication devices, power cables, sheathed wires, and both flexible and rigid wires.
The clamping force between the input reel and output reel can be directly programmed without manual adjustment. The output reel features an automatic lifting mechanism that automatically raises itself during wire stripping to avoid contact with the wire head, significantly expanding the stripping length range. The lifting height of the output reel can also be preset in the program.
The device features a color touchscreen interface with intuitive and easily understandable parameters, requiring only brief training for rapid operation. It is equipped with a three-layer stripping program that allows sequential stripping across three layers or up to three separate stripping stages for longer lengths. The system provides 100 program memory functions, enabling storage of processing parameters for different wire materials under distinct program numbers.
Additional tools such as medium stripping tools, wire stripping tools, cutting tools, and coding machines can be installed.
